Daily exercise can cure all your ills, because the fountain of youth runs down and up hills

I have been devoted to health and fitness since childhood. I am a certified health nut with well over 10,000 hours of study and practice in health, wellness, fitness, training, nutrition and athletic performance. The scope of my study and training in health and fitness stretch out in both directions on the timeline and encircle the globe. Regardless of your starting point, I can provide efficient, effective, and excellent advice for reaching and maintaining your health and fitness goals. I have a passion for seeing you be heathier, happier, stronger, faster and smarter with the time and energy you invest in exercise, flexibility and nutrition. I am well versed in the language of food because I started cooking in 3rd grade and have 10 years of professional experience as a cook/chef. We can teamwork together to improve anyone's cooking skills and levels of comfort in the kitchen. Most of your favorite dishes can be adjusted to be healthy and delicious.

Developing relationships is the primary factor for helping others to pivot towards becoming the best version of themselves. Leading by example is not enough, people need to feel safe, supported and comfortable before embracing even the most valuable guidance. It is important to practice and understand the importance of each step in the process of exercise or cooking. I have worked with individuals and groups of ladies, gentlemen and children of all ages as a personal trainer, strength coach culinary/cooking teacher with an emphasis on health, wellness and athletic performance. Tailoring solutions to each individual is incredibly rewarding yet can only be accomplished with confident, reliable communication based in compassionate accountability. I am excited to help you along your journey.

Thank you.

I'm the chef that makes exquisite dishes, with brown rice, veggies and delicious fishes
