Relationships are important. We all are in one with someone. We have family relationships, friendships, work relationships and in today’s time social media relationships may be the trickiest to balance because often it is a blend of the a fore mentioned. The important part is learning how to not just build relationships but learning how to develop them. We must learn how to nurture them.
There is an art in bringing a balance to Emotional Intelligence. The four parts are Perceiving Emotions, Understanding Emotions, Managing emotions and Using Emotions. Just like any type of intelligence, there was of learning and establishing growth in the areas of desire intellect. We help you through these steps.
We focus on self-care ideas and exercises. Often times we are too busy taking care of everyone else but ourselves. We do not get a chance to decompress. Other times, there are other issues that prevent us from being more focus and grounded in our desires.
People believe that the hardest thing to do is to ask for help. Some believe that it makes you look weak. In actuality, it identifies the strength in you and redefines your character
Children are changing rapidly in today’s world where information is at the end of their fingertips. They are being bombarded with information, concepts and news that makes some of life’s smaller decisions, major ones. Social media challenges them daily to re-examine who they are, what to wear and how to act. It can be overwhelming at times.
Our children with emotional challenges have an even greater time making sense out of all the things that are before them. Children with diagnosis of ADD, ADHD, bipolar and many other emotional challenges need more attention to details, relationship tools and adult guidance. These children need individualized plans of success and ways to be successful that are often not on the scope of regular, day to day approach.
With a staff of experienced and trained members, Adams City Solutions and Consultants work with parents, children and community resources to help these challenged young adults in areas of school, home and community. We focus on relationship building and development, similar with adults, but in an environment that is child friendly and one that is more understanding and yielding to their needs and comforts.
We are aware of Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and other media outlets that children find themselves deeply rooted in usury but perhaps misguided in the impact that it has on life. We give children the mental tools necessary to understand their decisions and guide them to the next positive ones.

Staying Physically Healthy is comprised of attention to and balance of 3 main components: Exercise, Rest and Nutrition. Exercise is maintaining or improving our strength, flexibility and endurance. Rest refers to getting enough sleep, relaxation and play. Nutrition requires intake of the necessary amounts of quality proteins, complex carbs, fruits, vegetables and healthy fats. Our bodies are forged in the fire of our will and balance of the 3 Physical components of Exercise, Rest and Nutrition.
Getting enough exercise is paramount to living - we were meant to move! Our current society is far too sedentary as most of our day has become this: wake up, sit in a car, sit in a chair, get back in a car, sit on the couch, lay down in bed and repeat. We need to be exercising more throughout the day and with intensity of purpose for at least 30-90 minutes everyday. Without regular exercise we put ourselves at risk for a long list of serious health concerns and deprive ourselves of meeting out true potential in any area of life. Daily exercise can cure all our ills as the fountain of youth runs down and up hills. Staying strong, fit and flexible provides mental clarity and increased intellectual capacity on a daily basis and well into old age.
All is mind. All of our troubles start in our mind. It is either what we are thinking or what we are reacting to, that causes us discomfort or gives us great pleasure.
The challenge is to plant positive seeds in the mind that will grow to be strong enough to endure the challenges that we face in our daily interactions. It is important to learn basic tools, techniques that help us develop habits forming skills that become a part of us.
What is Faith? Not debating any specific religion but instead focusing on the positive energy that is connected to the word and using that energy to get to a better mental state where goals can be achieved.
